It is possible to get Sasuke [Susano’o] with a minimum seal scrolls pull rate of 800-1200. However, there is only 50% to obtain him. If you have huge money to spend on ingots it will be relatively easier to purchase seal scrolls and keep pulling with Kage Treasure and Edo Treasure to get Sasuke [Susano’o].
